Review panel

Human judgment

The set of reviewers assigned to evaluate work under a shared decision rule.

A panel can contain human experts or selected AI judges. Its size and the required agreement are separate choices. State which reviewers examine each item and how missing responses are handled. More reviewers do not automatically produce independent evidence if their mistakes are strongly correlated.

In practice

Three selected judges each review the same item, with an agreed rule for whether their results are sufficient to resolve it.
