Developer Marketing Lead
Why Join
- The core problem in AI right now is verification: how do you prove the quality of the data and judgments that shape how a model behaves. We're building the infrastructure to answer that.
- Small team. The people who built this are still here, still writing code and talking to customers. You will work directly with them.
- The protocol is running in real production pipelines for enterprises in AI, robotics, and autonomous systems — not a demo.
- Competitive salary, equity, and token upside.
Role Summary
We need someone to own developer go-to-market for PoQ. That means figuring out where the right developers are, getting the protocol in front of them, and turning interest into real integrations. You will run programs, build the systems to scale them, and work directly with engineering to make sure what you learn from the market actually shapes the product.
You are measured on integrations and usage, not reach or impressions.
This is not a DevRel role focused on meetups and advocacy, and it is not growth marketing for a consumer product.
Core Responsibilities
Developer GTM and Adoption
- Build and run the programs that get PoQ into real developer workflows: adapters, hackathons, grants, early partnerships
- Find and close design partnerships with AI labs, agent framework teams, and evaluation infrastructure builders
- Figure out what is and is not working, and adjust quickly
Technical Marketing
- Translate how PoQ works into things AI engineers actually want to read and share
- Know where those engineers spend their time: GitHub, Hugging Face, LangChain communities, infra forums, conferences
- Produce the assets that matter: reference implementations, integration guides, deep-dive posts, example repos
- Build repeatable distribution for those assets rather than publishing and hoping
Metrics
- Set the metrics that matter: developers activated, integrations shipped, usage over time
- Track what programs are actually driving outcomes and cut what is not
Systems
- Build the tooling and workflows that let you run this at scale without it all depending on you personally
- CRM, lifecycle messaging, attribution — set it up properly from the start
Product Collaboration
- Bring what you learn from developers back into product and engineering
- Push back on roadmap decisions when you have evidence from the market that points a different direction
Ideal Background
You have worked in infrastructure, developer tooling, or AI/ML ecosystems. You have marketed or built products that developers chose to use, not just heard about.
Relevant environments: AI evaluation pipelines, model training infrastructure, RLHF platforms, agent frameworks, data labeling tooling, developer API products. Familiarity with onchain systems is useful but not a hard requirement.
What We're Looking For
- You understand how AI engineering teams think and what they care about
- Engineers find you credible
- You build systems and processes, not just one-off campaigns
- You are precise about what is working and honest when something is not
- You communicate clearly and directly
Compensation
- Competitive salary plus equity and token upside
- Direct access to founders and leadership
- Real ownership over a critical part of a live, growing protocol
